3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. This includes:

• Creating a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Enabling two-factor authentication when available.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notifying egp138 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.2 Authorized Use

Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and financial activities performed using your login credentials.

3.3 Account Inactivity

• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including chargeback abuse.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward customer support staff or other players.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

8.3 Indemnification

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension Grounds

egp138 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal use of the Platform.
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested.
• You are identified as a self-excluded player or problem gambler.
• We determine that your continued access poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified funds will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

9.3 Effects of Termination
